In this role, you will introduce Cincinnati to our amazing chocolate!You will also support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to manage a team effectively while maintaining high standards of store presentation and performance. Responsibilities: Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure a smooth workflow. Drive sales by implementing effective sales strategies and motivating the team. Oversee inventory management, including stock levels and pricing accuracy. Utilize POS systems for transactions and maintain accurate financial records. Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding payroll and employee management. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Qualifications: Nights and Weekends required. 2 years experience in Retail Department Store Management. Strong sales management skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Familiarity with POS systems and retail operations. Excellent team management abilities with a focus on collaboration and motivation. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to engage effectively with customers and staff. Ability to analyze market trends to inform strategic decisions. Knowledge of payroll processes is a plus.
